Thank you Cathe for this wonderful workout. It is always fun to see Cedie and the rest of the Crew. The music was good too. The warm up, at first, I didn't think I would get through it but made it. The workouts are varied and changed up enough that it confuses the muscle and caught me off-guard a few times. Your statements about legs freezing or shaking were spot-on on certain exercises cause I knew I was doing them with you all. The cardio bursts were timely and fun, I like ice pickers and glad there were no squat thrust(burpees or suicides). Warm up reminded of High Step Challenge. Good use of the disc as a fan and a piece of workout equipment, a good prereq for the new series.
By the time I was finished, sweat was dripping into my eyes. This was my first time EVER doing this workout and I LOVE it. Looking forward to High Reps and Intensity to kick my butt. Thanks again.

You are not alone. For me this is my go to lower body workout. It has great music, great cardio affect, offers lotsa fun with no dread and is not repetitive. I love it too!
 
I love this workout greatly too! It's fast paced, well sequenced and I also love the music and the legs drills: I think it' s really complete and super versatile :)
And,Jt, intensity is amazing: to me it's really challenging but when I'm finished with that I feel I can face everything in my daily life with a more positive attitude ;)
