Love, love the new workouts

:)Just want you to know, Cathe, that I love, love, love the new workouts. As I have mentioned before my schedule has changed -- I'm working so many different jobs now that the time to workout has shrinked tremendously -- being able to get in a full workout in half the time really means a lot to me.

Am still looking for a full body workout similar to the one that you do that's only 27 minutes long -- Total Body Sculpting -- it fits my schedule so well and if you go heavy -- it's an incredible workout. Any chance of doing a few more of these?

If you dont mind but which workout are you referring to that's only 27minutes long??? I ask because that sounds right up my alley too :) Total Body Sculpting Is on which DVD???

Total Body Sculpting

It's called Total Body Sculpting and it's on it's own DVD (single DVD) called Low Impact Step -- because of my time restraints nowadays, I do this workout -- going heavy -- almost every week. Am hoping that Cathe might do a few more to sort of make it a little different each week.

But the one hour workouts I can no longer do because of time. Sigh...

Hope you enjoy it! It's really a favorite of mine -- also I really like the upper and lower body split premixes with the new Low Impact Series -- it's called Total Body Trisets -- and you can do some of the premixes -- but what I like is to do each set but only once through -- it gives you about a 25 minute -- slightly longer -- workout each day -- one with upper body and the other with lower body. Hope this helps!:D

Have you guys thought of doing just the weight portions on 4 Day Split? There are days where I will do only 1 weight workout or 2 back to back if I have the time, same for the cardio segments. The leg workout is the longest but you can shorten it by not doing the ABD portion.
