If in Love Handles you are meaning the side of your waist then I would target your obliques when doing ab work. If they are lower on the sides of your hips then legs and glute work will hit them. Other than cutting back on fat intake and cleaning up your diet it is really hard to spot reduce. Overall body fat reduction should allow you some reduction in the love handle area. Sorry that I can't be of more help!
