Cathe, I have been doing your beginner dvds for 3 weeks now how do I get rid of the love handles? Which moves from these dvds are working that area?
 
Hi Roxie! Love handles are simply stored body fat. Solid cardio sessions (about 4 to 5 per week), lower back, core, and abdominal training, plus a clean diet will help reduce your love handles. Be faithful to this and you should see an improvement by 3 weeks and continued improvement every week after. Good Luck!
