Love handles!

Help!

I need advise on what kind of Cathe workout will work on my love handles.

I have prety good upper and lower body, its just my torso that has put on the pounds ....and spare tire!

Does step exercises actually work on the mid-section? specifically belly and love handles?

i have the same problem.step aerobics does help but i think her workouts that include high/low are the best calorie burners like circuit max,sjp,bootcamp,cardio kicks,imax,and mic. and ofcourse lots of abs!

Hi Heather! As I'm sure you know we unfortunately cannot spot reduce. But love handles are a combination of lose skin, untoned muscle and body fat accumulation. The way to work on reducing them, is to increase your cardio activity to burn body fat (I personally find running to be great for this area), do overall weight training to continue to metabolize fat and tone muscles (ie: Muscle Max), and do a core workout (ie: Coremax)to give this area special shaping enhancements.
