Hello Cathe, let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE your workouts! I am an aerobics instructor myself, and everytime I do one of your workouts, it always kicks my butt! I've lost a total of 20 pounds so far and I am so looking forward to the new dvds - thank you soooo much for your awesome workouts, your an angel!

My question is, I want to lose 5 pounds, but I cant seem to get rid of them! I currently do about 5-6 times a week cardio for 40-45 minutes, plus 3-4 times a week weight training sessions. I think my diet is pretty clean although I think I should be drinking more water. Any suggestions on how I can shed these last 5 pounds? Any advice would be greatly appreciated !! Thanks
