I have been working out for a long time and use to look real good. I have encountered many problems in life and have not been able to feel as motivated as I use to, so I have gained to terrible cellulite on my thighs and I'm going nuts because I see your pictures after having a baby and you look great. My body type is similar to yours, what and how do you do it? Can you give me some advice as to what to do and how often in order to lose the fat. Do you have an exercise plan I can follow and see results?
