I ma trying to lose 10 lbs. and having a very hard time. I have had to wittle down my eating habits to eggs, turkey bacon and oatmeal to breakfast lunch and dinner (due to financial reasons). Since finally getting employed I have started adding a little more food and more variety. i was told with the amount of exercising I was doing I should be around 1800 calories and was only taking in around 1000. i was told this was the reason I was not losing, was that my body was not taking in enough. Is this true and if so if I start eating what I should be will that mean I will start losing weight? I am trying to keep with the Zone way of eating and have also looked into the Curves diet which supposdly teaches your body how to lose and gain and teach your body how to eat more and keep your metoblism up. Thanks, I am very desperate to get rid of this last 10!!! Kathleen
