Gotta tell ya....I'm loving my new IPhone!!! and the FREE Apps. Last week I downloaded "Lose It!" a calorie & exercise calcuator. Simply put in your goal weight, then your current weight. Then, everyday log in what you eat. It's helping me stay on track to maintain my goals.
