Yesterday I went for my walk. Today I walked, and plan on doing PUB. That is my favorite UB workout!!!!!

Well, I did not do PUB yesterday, so I will do it today. I have just been busy trying to get alot of loose ends tied up before I leave next Weds. morning. By this time next week, I will be in Dallas!!!! I love Rallies, Premier, and getting new jewelry!!!! I have been sticking to my Points. Two days now. WOO HOO!!!! If only I can make this my life time food program, I would be so happy with myself. Why do we always want to be better though?? I am 41 years old, and wear an 8. That is good for my age. I just want my body to show more definition. Boy, that comment about 41, and My Age, kinda threw me there for a second. OUCH!!!!

Hey Lori,
I did PP Total Body Two Set Premix today. Keep up the good work on WW! I struggle with striving to be better yet being happy where I'm at and not obsessing. I will always want smaller hips even if I lose 10 pounds...tee hee.

My friend gets in Friday night. Can't wait to see her again. She is like a sister to me. I am setting her up on a breakfast blind date...my husband and I will come also. Maybe they will fall in love, get married, and she can move down south near me! LOL!!!

Randi, where are you???

Hi Angela!!!!!!! Well, today I am going to do P90X legs, and some cardio. I think I am going to do Tae Bo, Ultimate Lower Body. I do love that workout.

I like PP, 2 sets also. I have not done that one in awhile. I may do that on sat., or I may do MIS. I haven't done that one in forever.

Hey Lori,
Tonight will be some sort of cardio and abs. Undecided as of yet. My friend will be here tomorrow! So excited! I know this weekend will fly by! I'm kind of wanting to do CMAx or C&W but I did PP yesterday and want to do heavier weights tomorrow. I'm not sore at all from PP yesterday....I like to be a little sore after a weighted workout. I should probably do Cardio Kicks or KPC for cross training, but I have to really be in the mood for kickboxing or I just don't enjoy it.

Good Morning.....I did not get up and walk this morning, I am going to do a workout in the basement. I don't know what, but something. Maybe Plyometrics from P90X. Tomorrow I will do some kind of all weight tape, like MIS, or the Pyramids, all up or something. I have my last show tonight before the new jewelry comes out. I am so excited for next week!!!!!!
