Its nice to see a new face, but its also scary. I used to tell myself that the reason Cathe always used the same crew was becasue so few people on the planet can keep up with her. Now I'm beginning to think maybe its just me.

Personally, I am glad to see fresh new faces. I get tired of Cedie, Cedie, Cedie, sorry to the Cedie fan club!

Dee Dee, look at it this way: now it's not just Cedie and Rhonda and Brenda who can keep up with Cathe, but Loraine and Jai, and you and me too!

Look at it from an inclusive, not exclusive perspective!!!

Thanks Clare!!! You're right, I may not use an 8 inch step or do all of the impact, but I'm still part of the team; and I've got over 25 Cathe workouts to prove it.
