Hey Cathe,
I was reading your intro to your Jan. rotation recently, and saw that you said many of us have 3 to 7 pounds to lose after the holidays. I thought, "Seven pounds!!! WHO gained 7 pounds?!" Well, after climbing aboard my scales this morning, I noticed, I gained 7 pounds. I've never done that over the holidays!! So, I'm looking to lean out quickly (but, of course healthily). I've started clean eating again. I take ballet class for 90 minutes (intense) on Mondays and will start this week taking on Wednesdays for an hour. I don't know if this is cardio, but it's definitely strength. The other five days of the week, would you recommend heavy lifting or interval training or what? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
