It really has been a long time. I would like one too. I know with the new site and road trip and the launch of the fitness products, you guys must be really busy.

STS Update has Just Been Posted by Cathe
Actually, Cathe just posted an update tonight . I know it has been a long time since our last update and we do apologize, but we like to use the Blog to only announce when we reach certain key milestones so it doesn’t sound repetitive. You will always know that we are still working on the last step we announced in the Blog until we announce the next milestone has been completed. In the meantime we will always try to answer your questions in the STS forum except for when the project will be completed. This is just not something that can accurately be predicted by even the most experienced and best film makers in the world and not something we care to speculate on as we would most likely be wrong anyway.
We currently, only have three steps to finish before we can send STS off to the replicators. Many of these steps will be done concurrently to save time as always, but there are still 41 workouts that have to be completed and it just takes time to do when you want to produce a product at the quality standards we expect and desire.
I would like to point out that with the release of the Workout Manager you can now see every exercise and number of reps for every disc in the STS series (please note there are some errors in the list we still need to fix). So this should really help you to understand the STS series.
Our next big step will be to start to show you the video clips of STS and this we really look forward to doing. Quality just cannot be described, it needs to be shown. We still have a little more work to do before this will happen and right now we’re really busy with the new website, software, road trips and the National launch of Fitness by Cathe, but as soon as product completes all 9 steps and things settle down a bit we will begin to not only tell you, but also show you STS.
