looking for subs for Aug rotation

I have most of the workouts in this rotation but I am looking for ideas on subing for the following workouts:

Bootcamp -
Step, Jump and Pump -
Cardio Kicks -

Any ideas are appreciated.
Also, how do you do the squat thrust climber??? mentioned on Sat of the first week?

Hi Vicky,

I absolutely LOVED this rotation--it's a killer, but so worthwhile.

For Cardio kicks, I would substitute Kick, Punch and Crunch (assuming you have that one--that's what I did)--therwise substitue KickMax.

For Step, Jump, and Pump, I would subsitute Circuit Max --if you don't have that, then I would substitute Cardio and Weights or BodyMax.

Substituting for BootCamp is tough, because that routine is so unique. I have seen people say HighStep Challenge is a good substitute--I think HSC is a bit easier, but it's probably the best substitution. Do you have the Terminator CD or the HardCore Extreme CD? If so, I'd substitute one of those workouts for Bootcamp.

It's hard to describe a sqaut thrust climber w/o doing one--you put your hands to the floor, then oush your legs out and zigzag them, and then standup, arms up, and do a little jump.
