looking for kick box

i am a advanced level i use cathe strength videos now i want to buy a kick box video from cathe dont know which one kick max crunch punch or cardio kicks?and can kickboxing sculpt my abs arms and legs?
 
Hello!

My favorite is Cardio Kicks. It is fast paced, great cardio and fun! Gets my heart rate UP! :p There is also a section towards the end with drills that I really LOVE!

My 2nd choice is KPC. It it also fun but I don't feel that my heart rate gets up as much on this one. It also has a great core section at the end.

Kick Max would be my last choice, in fact it is my least used CAthe workout and I LOVE kickboxing. It seems like there is lower intensity kickboxing then jumping jacks and plyo jacks that are used to get the heart rate up. There is a great leg drill section at the end, however, that will help your flexibility.

I vote for KPC and Cardio Kicks if you want solid kickboxing workouts. I love Kickmax but I never do it from start to finish. I break up the workouts and use them as add ons. That said, I think the leg conditioning drills on Kickmax make the DVD worth it. I really improved my flexibility doing them twice a week.

I did NOT like KM at first (too much jumping - blasts) but I've learned to love it.

KPC is my all time favorite. It's classic Kickbox.
 
my favorite and most used is kick max....

my second favorite is cardio kicks

my third favorite (and done the least of cathe kicbox) is KPC... for some reason... KPC has a HUGE dread factor.... i think i'm bored with it... whereas i LOVE kick max and can do it once a week without dread!
