looking for calorie count site

Cathlete
hello,

i'm trying to find any easy site to log in food and exercise. i have tried fit day= find it rather difficult to manuever. i'd like to know the calorie count as well as the division of protein, carbs, fats...

thank you.

another vote for my fitness pal. i'm on my 1st day of tracking over there, very easy to use. calorie king.com also has great references

thank you. i like fitness pal, your right..easy. what did you do for strength training--- did you enter all sts exercises? it does not tell you calories burned for that--- says you could just put it under cardio and get rough estimate... what are you doing?

Anothe vote for my fitness pal. And this is coming from someone who does not like to calorie count but needs too.

I was pointed towards mfp from someone here on the Cathe boards. It is so simple and has huge data base compared to other sites.

As for sts I log it under cardio and use my hrm to track cals burned.

I like thedailyplate.com site, too. As someone with diabetes, it's an invaluable tool. I use it to help me figure out how many carbs there are in my meals when I eat out.

I just started fitness pal today and found out I'm eating too much protein and way short on calories for the day. I guess thats why my weight always seems to stay the same.

I use Cathe's Nutrition Manager - easy to use, provides suggestions and allows you to input your own items. I like the grading system next to each vitamin, in addition to the calories eaten.

Great tool.

I've been using thedailyplate.com - now livestrong.com - since Jan 2008. I only want to lose 5 lbs but more melted off. It was slow going at first. It's free unless you want the upgraded version.

I still log in every day.
