Looking for a video

Dear Cathe,
I really love your maximum intensity strength video, however I quite often don't have time for a full hour of weight training and I was wondering if you had any videos that were equally challenging that only took 30 minutes. I like to do weight workouts 2 to 3 times a week. Also can I work my abs everyday or not, and which video do you recommend for abs.

Hi Julie! Welcome! First of all Ab Hits is a MUST for your library. It has such a large variety of ab exercises + premixes already programmed for you; all you have to do is click & work out. As far as videos Maximum Intensity Strength is excellent because it can be broken up into sections. The warmup comes first, then leg section, then the upper body so you can pretty much work this any way you want. Also the Cross Train Express is another excellent one; it has 5 tapes of cardio + working one body part after your cardio; the 6th tape is reserved for legs. If you buy DVDs their much more versatile than the tapes; all the premixes & mix & match its also just a click & work out; so much easier & faster. Her latest DVD Timesaver would be excellent also for you. If I had to choose, I would go w/Timesaver. Good luck on deciding! Kathy:D

PS: You can work your abs every day; I've been doing this & I haven't been experiencing any problems.
