Looking for a UK High Step supplier

Has anyone come across a UK supplier of the High Step?
Is SNM planning to do international shipping soon?

Thanks

We are now shipping High Steps Overseas. You will need to email us for a shipping quote. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any import taxes and brokerage fees. These fees and taxes can be quite high and usually range from 20 percent to 80 percent of the purchase price.

Thanks for such a quick response SNM. Looks like the shipping and related costs might make it prohibitive - they are bad enough on the DVDs.

If anyone on the Forums does know of a UK supplier I'd be grateful to hear.

UK customs would really hit you on this one then! I can't even find anywhere to by the extra wide step in the UK, let alone the high step....so if anyone can help out, I'd appreciate it :D

I'm also in the UK and would like to buy a high step without paying loads in shipping and import tax. WebGirl, please let me know if you have any luck. I'll also do a search on google and let you know if I come up with anything. :)

Hello,

For the normal step I got it from www.proactive-health.co.uk/ in the UK. Their price was the cheapest in my opinion and I also bought extra risers. I think the step was around £50-£70.

Ask them for a catalogue. They are very good and on time.

Unfortunately, there is no supplier in the UK who do supply the high step but if the product exists then pro-active health would carry one. Luckily for me, I had a friend in the US who came to visit me in October and brought it over. SNM just managed to get delivered to her 1 day before her departure (phew).

I also got dumbbells from www.evernewphysique.co.uk They sell the hexagonal dumbbells just like Cathe and they are fantastic.

Thanks for this info Yen.

Keep me and the rest of the Catherites "UK massive" posted and we'll do the same if we have any joy with UK suppliers! Right everyone...?

I used the Fanny Lifter in Legs&Glutes and the darn thing kept moving when I used it. So I called fwonline and shipping the high step platform (no risers) to the Netherlands costs $25.65 (priority). But, I don't know what customs is going to charge me when it arrives.

Hi Guys,
I live in the Uk and have recently ordered the High Step from FW Online. Here is a breakdown of the costs:

High Step (including 4 risers and Muscle Endurance Video) $49.95 (this was a special price during November)

Shipping $71.00 (Yikes!!)

I rang Customs here in the UK to find out what/if I would get stung when it came through and this is what they have told me:

Customs Charge of 2.7% of the TOTAL value including the shipping fee ($49.95 + $71.00 = $120.95). By my calculation, 2.7% of this is $3.27.

Then you have to pay VAT at 17.5% on the TOTAL amount, so $124.22 + 17.5% = $145.96.

This works out to approximately £92.00 Sterling (working on an exchange rate of approx 1.60).

I am still waiting for my Step - I think it got caught up in the Christmas post :-(

Hope this helps - I will let you know when I get it!
