looking for a thread about video classification

Wasnt there a post once upon a time that listed the Cathe videos according to endurance up to strength?
 
I think I still have that info. I didn't compile it myself, and it doesn't include the newest workouts, but I hope it helps a bit.

Cathe Strength Workout Classifications

ENDURANCE: lighter weights + higher reps to condition muscles for daily use

Power Hour
Muscle Endurance
Maximum Intensity Strength
Supersets
Push Pull
Pyramids
Pure Strength
Slow & Heavy

STRENGTH: heavier weights & fewer reps to build lean muscle
 
Yep, that's the list I was looking for...wish it were updated although I suppose I could figure it out for myself with some effort :) CTX isnt on there...interesting. I'm guessing those are definitely endurance as is Legs and Glutes. What about the Hardcore series? The GS are definitely strength but MMax is probably closer to endurance. Anybody else have any thoughts?
