Looking for a Post STS rotation & Oct Wedding Prep

Hi everyone,

I'm entering my last Mesocycle of STS next week, and I want to plan ahead to what's next. I'm hoping that the 3rd meso will help shed those last stubborn pounds that won't budge (midsection/mommy tummy!).

I will finish STS the 2nd week of August, and am Matron of Honor in my sister's wedding on October 3rd. What I want to do is keep the definition I've achieved as well as weight loss. Since I'll be wearing a dress that has spaghetti straps and a fitted waist, I need to pick a good rotation for that last month and a half.

Does anyone have a good rotation that you've already done, or ideas about what type of rotation (i.e. HIIT, Cardio & Weights, Pyramids, Gym Style, or more STS? I tend to think I'll need more cardio at that time, but that might be "old school" thinking!) Any ideas or rotation suggestions would be truly appreciated.
