Looking For a Nutrition Chart for Veggies & Fruit

Does anyone have a good reference listing the nutrition for Veggies and fruit? I am going to start tracking my food intake (believe it or not I am one of the few people who have never done that before).

I am mainly looking for calories, protein, carbs, and fat. It would be nice to also have vitamin and mineral content, but I realize that may be harder to find in a chart. I have found a couple listings, but they are for "one pound" of everything.....I don't need to know the calories for one pound of kale, for example. More like a typical serving size.

I have been able to Google individual products, but would really like a consolidated list to make it easier, and faster, to read and plan. Also, I eat a lot of non- typical produce items along with typical items, so finding info on the non - typical has been more of a challenge.

Thanks for any help. Any references would be helpful.

These are great and are exactly what I was looking for, thank you! I will also check out the My Fitness Pal.

Do you know of any other charts with even more produce on them? I eat a lot of non-traditional produce that I didn't see on there (although maybe the fitness pal app will have more?)

my fitness pal has something like a million foods in the data base
plus you can scan a bar code and it inputs the info in for you
it keeps track of everything for you.
I have the app. Always having it with me keeps me honest and I can look and see my info and know right where I'm at.
once I started really keeping track, and seeing my sugar was a wake up call!
I though because I really don't eat processed food or candy I was fine. Not even close!
I eat way too much fruit, so it helps me that way.
