Looking for a Legs Only Circuit Mish Mosh

I'm in the mood to take a regular circuit workout and turn it into a legs only (no upper body) circuit. (I've recently done CTX Power Circuit and Body Max, so I don't feel like repeating these again just yet). Any suggestions? I'm thinking Circuit Max might be a good one to modify, but I'm still undecided. Anyone else ever do this?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Shelbygirl,

I've been doing my own mish mosh of the "Viper" which mainly uses upper body exercises from Muscle Endurance and combines them with the 4 step portions of Cardio & weights + 4 really tough intervals from Imax 2. I pause after each cardio section, skip the upper body exercises and do about 2 minutes of squats and lunges. 2 of the 4 segments on the Viper include the squat and static lunge sections from Muscle Endurance so I just do those at the end of the cardio sections they come after.

Here's another really challenging mish mosh. Do CTX Power Circuit and then tack on the Cardio & Lower Body premix from Hight Step Training Advanced. Major leg burn ;-) And you'll get a really challening cardio workout as well.

HTH :)

Shelbygirl -

A lot of people simply skip the upperbody work in Circuit Max and use a barbell or dumbbells for the leg work, so yeah, that one lends well to a legs only circuit.

Also - Pinky posted a Low Max add on that was a wonderful circuit for legs. I'll see if I can find it and post the link.

I do CircuitMax with a 35 lb barbell instead of doing the upper body stuff. It is a tough workout this way, my heart rate stays high, my legs get worked, but not too tired.

There is also a KPC L&G circuit that is good. I did this last week then added on the the KPC combo 1 that was missing and the two sets of L&G leg press then did the floorwork from L&G. It was a good long lower circuit workout.
