Looking for a gym style UB rotation

Hi all,

Can someone pls help me here..Im lookin to combine the 2 gym stlye upper body workouts in abt an hr to get a solid ub workout..I would like to do few exercises for each body part and include all the exercises tht use a band...Has someone done this b4 who can help or anyone who can help me design on this rotation..Thanks..
 
Have you considered the timesave premix for each of the two Gym Style upper body DVDs? If you skip one warm-up and one cool-down this should bring you right at 1 hour.
