I used to belong to a gym that had a class called total resistance and it was a full body workout. that did not leave one muscle not worked. the class was great and i noticed a great difference in my body from the class. the class also went at a fast pace so we kept are heart rate up and used light weights and hight reps. that way we got some cardio in as well. you just felt great and knew you had a incredible workout after the wards. also they changed the class every eight weeks so we did not get bored with the class and are muscles did not get used to the same thing. what video would you recommend that would give me the same type of workout?? I saw your power hour on fit tv that seems kind of similar. is your dvd power hour more intense than that on fit tv?? (i know you would not have commercials in your dvd.) please let me know. i hope to hear from you soon.
