looking for a Cathe/Firm rotation

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any recent Cathe/Firm rotations they would share? I am wanting to do a mix of Cathe and the Firm for Feb.

Hi,
I did a Cathe/Firm rotation in Dec. Then we moved and I haven't found my previous workout journal yet. Will try to get it to you a.s.a.p.!! This rotation worked wonders and my dress fit for New Year's Eve!
