I have been using Cathe's workouts for 8 weeks now along w/ trying to eat healthier but I do have my binge days 
I worked out with Body Fusion at first, moved up to Imax 2, and use MIS for weight training. I also use the Firm 3 on my lazy days.
I lost only 5 lbs but I'm loosing inches. I have a long way to go but it's a start and it encourages me!
