Well, I did the 35 min. premix from KPC, plus PUB. My arms are fried. I love this mixing up stuff. I have not done this workout in probably 2 months, so it was tough. But, I got a great workout.

Hope your day back to school wasn't too tough today Angela!!!!

Hey Lori and welcome Randi!
I made it through the first day back. It is like I was never away! It was a good day. Lori, it sounds like you are off to a great start. Randi, I'm glad you decided to be flexible today and I hope your little one gets better.

This is what I'm planning for this week:
M: PUB/Step & Hi/Lo Cardio Circuit premix
T: PLB/SJ&P Step only premix
W: Timesaver Kickbox, Hi/Lo, & Coremax Circuit
TH: PUB Up only/Cmax
F: KP&C
S: PLB/Imax 2 Intervals 6-10(I may leave off the cardio if my body resists in anyway!)
I pick up my husband from the airport Thursday early evening so I may take that as my rest day instead of Sunday. Have a great week guys! Angela

Glad your first day back at school went well! This morning was my "recreational cardio day" and instead of doing Step Blast as planned I did one of the KPC premixes (which clocked in at about an hour). I was just in the mood for kickboxing this morning. And yes, my little guy slept right on through :).

Tomorrow is Supersets unless I change my mind again and pick a different workout for circuit week. I'm thinking of using PUB/PLB to create a circuit w/o after hearing you guys talk about it! I haven't pulled out that DVD in a while. We'll see.

My eating is going well also. It feels good to have it all planned out again!

Angela- tell me one more time what that TimeSaver Kickbox, whatever it is that you do. Do you use the workout blender to do that??? I might have to give this a try. The CoreMax confuses me.

Someone posted Timesaver fun ideas somewhere on this website. When I tried this the first time I noticed that there were a couple of chapter & title's left out and the WU and stretch tile were incorrect so I will rewrite it here. The only DVD you need is the Timesaver. The poster's name is Beth and she calls is the Timesaver Kickbox, Hi/Lo, and CoreMax Circuit and it is 64.5 min. in length:

tHANKS aNGELA!!!!! i will look at my DCVD player later and see if I can figure out how to do this. I put myt dvd in, and push play. That is about all I know how to do!!!!! I did PLB, and SJP Cardio. I skipped abs, i have got to get going. i have dinner to make, and company coming over!!!! See you tomorrow!!!

I hope you can figure it out Lori...it's a great workout! I just finished up PLB and SJ&P step only. I forgot how great a lower body workout PLB is. The stability ball work is awesome. After this rotation I am going to try to include this workout in at least once a week! I just think it is a perfect lower body workout! Until tomorrow!

I found my directions last night, and I am going to try to figure it out. Since today is just a cardio day, I am going to do Step Heat. My knees are kinda bothering me. I work out in my basement. I do have down a couple of comforters, a pad, and a rug, but they get to me sometimes. So, I am going to do a lighter cardio, and just do extra ab work today. Hope everyone has a good day!!!!!

The workout Angela posted looks awesome. I also have no idea if my DVD player allows me to program like that but I'm going to try! Lori, have you thought about buying those flooring mats? I think Home Depot and Walmart both sell them. Doing high impact workouts on a concrete surface has to be really hard on your joints. Dh is trying to make me move down to the basement (my equipment is taking over the living room, lol) but I won't unless we put some kind of flooring down. Have to save my knees.

Anyway, I did Supersets this morning. Went better than expected and I'll have to go heavier next time!

On the schedule for tomorrow is the cardio portion of SJP.

I have not worked out yet but I am still planning on doing the Kickbox, Hi/Lo, Coremax workout! The poster that thought of this workout must have a knack for putting things together...kind of like jillybean. I have to wait a little longer and let dinner digest. I don't usually workout this late in the evening so it will be interesting to see how I feel. I used to get up in the VERY early a.m. to workout...I have to be at school at 7:15 but switched to after school. So far this school year I have been faithful but I usually get my workout clothes on and begin my workout the minute I get home from school. My husband is usually very supportive and understanding. Well....have a good evening. I will "see" you tomorrow!

Good morning! Did you get your workout in, Angela? It's difficult when you have to change your workout time - I used to be an evening exerciser, a long time ago, and it was difficult to change to the early mornings. Throws you off a bit for a while in the beginning. It def. helps when your husband is supportive!

This morning I did the step and hi/lo circuit premix from SJP. So much fun! Tomorrow the plan is Supersets and the IMAX2 interval 1-5 premix. I need to get some extra abs in too, didn't have time this morning, but hopefully will be able to tonight.

How are your knees, Lori? Better I hope.

Hello!!!!! I am going to work out tonight. I am being domestic, and baking, cleaning, and just getting way too much stuff done around the house. So, after dinner, I will work out. PUB, and some cardio.

My knees feel better today. I am going to keep my step on the lowest riser!!!

It sounds like you have some great workouts planned. I did get my workout in last night. I really enjoy that one.

I have deemed(sp?) today a rest day since I will be picking up my husband from the airport in a little over an hour. Tomorrow I will do PUB Up Only/CMAx and Saturday I will do PLB/cardio(maybe a step/Kickox circuit). I have been nice and perfectly sore from the Pyramids this week. It is amazing how easy it is to change things up by doing a workout that hasn't been done in a while. I get a little bored with the pyramids but NOTHING seems to work MY body quite as well. They just seem like the best weighted workout for me and my body. I can't wait to see how the next couple of weeks are with the different weight workouts. I may have to at least incorporate the PUB/PLB Bonus Total Body workout in once next week. I don't know.

Good ol' South Carolina has a chance of getting snow/sleet tonight and tomorrow. How this teacher would love a "snow" day tomorrow. Have a good one!

Happy Friday! I didn't get my workout done this morning - the baby had a rough night and was up a lot so I slept in (what little I could) this morning. I can't be upset with my little guy today anyway - it's his first birthday!

Lori - glad your knees feel better and congrats on getting so many domestic duties done - I'm sadly lacking in that dept. lately...

Angela - Hope you enjoyed your rest day. I haven't done the Pyramids in a while, but I do have them planned for my supersets week - I did them a lot this summer though and really enjoyed them.

Since I had planned SS + cardio for today, I'll do either Cardio & Weights tomorrow, or Boot Camp, and then Supersets and the IMAX2 1-5 premix on Sunday.

You guys, I will keep checking in, but I am going to start doing my own rotation. Is that ok?? I am going to start The Discovery Health Body Challenge tomorrow, and I just want to do my own thing.

My sister has three boys and I can't believe how fast they grow. I can't wait to have children of my own! Today I will do PUB Up oly/CMax. Have a great weekend!

Are you going to keep checking in here? I will be glad to keep this check in going but if you are not going to check in I will join another check in. I would feel a little silly checking in with myself...tee hee. It doesn't matter to me either way...just let me know.. Today I did SJ&P Step only/SB Challenge only/PLB Up Only. I went as heavy as I could for the PLB Up only. It was a great workout and I felt perfectly challenged. Tomorrow I may do a cardio. Monday will have to be a rest day for me. I am at school by 7:15 and then I have a meeting from 3 to 5 and PTA at 7. I begin high rep week next week. Have a great weekend!
