Hey Randi! I hope your son is going better. I know life gets busy and hectic. I have one more week...supersets. After that I don't know if I will do it for another 4 or move on. This will be the first time I have completed a rotation from beginning to end. The checking in has been great and the flexibility has helped a lot. Here is my plan for this week(subject to tweaking of course):
Monday: SB WU, sections 1 & 2/Imax Intervals 1-5
Tuesday: SJ&P
Wednesday: SB Secion 3 & challenge/Imax Intervals 6-10
Thursday: PP Total Body 2 Sets premix
Friday: KP&C
Saturday: SS Total Body 2 Sets Premix
Sunday: Rest
I'm glad Body for Life is working for you. I've read on this forum about not doing "diets" and listening to your body, but if I listened to my body I would eat too many M&M's! I think everyone has to find their own "thing" and Weight Watchers seems to be my "thing." Plus, I know this program and am very familiar and comfortable with it. I will weigh this Friday or I may wait unitil a week from Friday and weigh every two weeks. I want to drop 10 that I gained back but I don't want to obsess either. I want my focus to be health. Well this is way too long. Talk with you later!
