Recently i wanted to try something new. I do Aerobics, Circuits, Weights, Body Pump, etc..but don't find all that much time for stretching or yoga. Bryan Kest has a fantastic class on CD (i hate yoga videos, they always make me feel sooooooo inflexible!) called Long, Slow and Deep. Though i like power yoga, this is different. You don't actually get off you butt the whole class and its soooo hard and amazing. My body is looking better by the day. More lifted, open and i feel fantastic. Really try this class, its brilliant.
