ANYONE... in the ab routine at the end of the S&H Triceps and Biceps(?) I cannot keep my legs together or straight!!!!!!!! I can feel it working, but am I doing myself any harm? Appreciate any advice
You should be fine if you're doing everything else o.k. Sometimes I kind of 'hook' my feet together at the soles of my tennis shoes to keep the legs together and my legs are never perfectly straight (don't think they need to be). Some days are better than others.
