Hello, my fellow Catheletes!
Up until now I've always done my home / land workouts in a sports bra and short-legged (mid-thigh, no longer) workout shorts. However, I've lost my desire to cope with the chills I get from working out - and sweating - in my downstairs, always-chilly-in-the-wintertime workout area. I've kicked over the traces and bought a couple pair of ankle-length workout pants with drawstring waist, as well as some light lycra long-sleeved tops to wear either during the workout or during the post-workout stretch to combat the chills.
For those of you who wear long-legged workout pants during cardio and/or lower-body workouts, do you find that you get very heated, or overheated, especially during power step or plyo work? Or does it make any difference to you?
Thanks in advance for your input!
