LMR2 download #4 request

Not sure how far along she is with it, but putting in a request!

IF the fourth free download is, in fact, back and biceps, please please squeeze in some Pendlay rows. I just love those things.
Funny @Kellyro77 , I love those too. I actually get excited when setting up my barbell for them & lining up the Dbs for the shrugs (I go lighter for shrugs). I don't see stars as much as I did when we first got STS2.0 & did them, but I still look forward to them! And the bonus Gorilla Rows too.
 
I just feel so dang strong doing the Pendlay rows. I was able to try them with my new barbell, too. Something about using the barbell for it made me feel even more powerful.

I like the gorilla rows, too. It's been a long time since I've done the STS 2.0 BP Back workout, and I balked at my weight notes for those. So I went lighter but really, I forget for some reason with those I can go pretty heavy. Maybe it's the brief rest between each row, and putting them on the bench that makes going really heavy for those doable.
 
Did you get the 2023 TB Barbell dvd to go with?
No - I'm eyeballing it. I forget, is that one a slow and heavy workout, or was it something in between - some real heavy, some light/endurance? I remember doing it like once back when I had the OnDemand subscription. And, of course, at that time I had to sub with dumbbells.
