LMR Total Body + Anytime Mobility Bonus

I did this workout yesterday, and I tagged on the mobility bonus at the end.

Enjoyed this for the most part. I felt pretty thoroughly worked by the end. She uses slightly heavier weights in this than in her upper body and lower body versions in this series.

I was a little surprised she added clean and presses to this as it's kind of what I'd consider an advanced move. She's really good at clearly instructing good form with those, though.

Don't really have too much that's standing out for me. Lots of good compound moves and some balance challenges thrown in. Again, I enjoyed that she included core work as part of the workout. (Anyone else giggle when she went "beep! beep!" doing the Bus Drivers?) Also happy the workout included a decent stretch at the end.

The Anytime Mobility bonus was pretty good, too. I wasn't feeling ecstatic about it, but that could be because I was a bit fatigued after doing Total Body. It felt like a nice way to loosen up after the workout. I'll say, though, if plank walks make you cranky, beware, because you're gonna have to do them twice if you do Total Body + the bonus.

It felt like a fairly energetic mobility workout compared to the others she's put out (Perfect 30 and STS 2.0). Might be good to throw in on an active recovery day, for example.

I think this one is one of the harder ones of the series. I love the little extra balance moves thrown in. I'm a huge fan of compound/metabolic workouts so that's probably one of the reasons I enjoy this workout. I also enjoy the ab work. And yes, I laugh every time we do the bus drivers. I think Cathe really let her personality shine in this series.

I love anything that has to do with mobility because of stiff joints & a lot of spine issues. The beginning of Anytime Mobility with the added slight cardio boost is perfect for me to then move into the rest of the mobility. It's like a mini warm up for me. I don't mind plank walks at all. I will admit that it's downward dog that I get tired of doing, although I don't think she does that move in this one, not that I can recall anyway. Yoga is my least favorite type of exercise, so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. I think my ONLY issue is with the tabletop move & that's because I don't have the mobility due to a reverse shoulder replacement, so I just do bridge instead.
