Little cardio with STS 2.0 understood

I'm totally on board with limiting cardio this time of year anyway. I generally do more lifting when it is so hot. Cardio when it is hot and humid just sucks. Not to mention I have to work in the gross humidity all day at work and that really takes it out of me. I have to drink electrolytes so I can still function when I arrive home and need to do chores and my workout. STS 2.0 arrived at the perfect time.
 
I'm doing the 8 week rotation. as is, adding foam rolling after workouts. That said, in these summer months, I have so much outdoor activities that not doing cardio workouts is easier than in the winter. I'll see how it goes after the rotation. I'm thinking of following this with the STS2 Low Impact cardio roy
ration for a comparison.
