Listing of Pre-Mixes

Is there a listing of most of the pre-mixes somewhere on the site? I know there are the rotations, but anywhere I can find the videos with pre-mixes including times, to put together a rotation?

Thanks in advance.

Hi - I know you can find them on the Shopping area, tells you which premixes each has and how long... not sure other than there - will be interested to see if someone knows another place too:)

Tks.. I just thought there was One place that had them.. If not, then one by one I will go.. But thank you for the reply:)

Tks, I was sent one by another nice Cathelete... and Wow! when I got there, I also found a Treasure Trove of tools.. I have never used workout sheets, but now I am So motivated to keep track of my progress.

Wondering if others who use workout sheets have found that their progress has changed dramatically.. If I need to start another thread about this, please let me know..

I've pretty much always used worksheets, and I love them. It's such an excellent way to monitor progress. I'd started using them before working out to DVDs (when going to the gym) so it was kind of a natural to want to do it once I started doing them. But I'd always just kinda jotted it down and made up my own worksheets, so I was extremely excited when I first found all those worksheets (pre-made!) for the DVDs. Especially when it comes to doing a DVD that I've never done before (like a new Cathe DVD or when I purchased Supreme 90 Day), it's especially nice to already kinda have an idea of what weights are used in the video.

I think you'll love doing worksheets, it's sooo hard sometimes just trying to remember what weight you used the previous time doing a certain workout, and sometimes you need to see that reminder because you may undercut yourself, or find that you've been using a certain weight for a certain exercise for FAR too long, and it's time to step it up ;) Constantly upping my weights has made a HUGE difference for me as far as body composition. Especially after finishing STS, I realized that even though I'd kept track of what weights I'd been using all these years, I hadn't pushed myself nearly hard enough (which was hindering my progress more than I realized). I'm happy to now take what I learned w/STS, and applying it to all other w/o's.

Hope you find that the worksheets help you lots, too ;)
