I'M debating which of these programs to do for 3 months. If weight loss is my main goal (also, flexibility, cardio endurance, and core strength) which would be better?
No stand alone core workouts in LIS. There's an ab focus at the end of Upper Body Trisets and TurboBarre. Also the core is worked quite a lot during Slide & Glide, Afterburn and Cardio Supersets. Lots of plank moves with the discs. I'd call this the LowImpact/Core Series. I haven't done a rotation of either so can't comment on weight loss results.
