LIS Rotation

Cathe, (or anyone else who is willing to help me)
I was trying to come up with a 5 day rotation with the new LIS workout but I am having a bit of trouble. I know that you made a November 2011 rotation for them but I really have a hard time squeezing in workouts on the weekends and 2 workouts in a day. My workout slots are in the morning for approx 40-45 min before I go to work. I really would like to use all of them because they are all so great and fun! (Except cyclemax I dont have a bike). Personally, I'm trying to follow the same 5-days LIS rotation this month as I have a pretty busy schedule, and I've seen that when I'm short on time I can use one of the many premixes offered (i.e. LIC has many different premixes of various lenght which are very useful to change things up and you never get bored) and instead of doing 2 workouts in one day, I focus on one of each: so it will be S&G only or TBT UB only , I just to make sure to work all my body part at least once per week. I know it's not the best way to train, but when I'm in a time crunch something is better than anything at all. Hope this helps a bit!Have a great Monday!
 
Thanks Ellie for your help. It makes much sense what you said about picking 1 of the 2 schedule workouts for the day. Boy I can't wait for the day when I could do any workout anytime of the day and time never be an issue. LOL
