Cathe, (or anyone else who is willing to help me)
I was trying to come up with a 5 day rotation with the new LIS workout but I am having a bit of trouble. I know that you made a November 2011 rotation for them but I really have a hard time squeezing in workouts on the weekends and 2 workouts in a day. My workout slots are in the morning for approx 40-45 min before I go to work. I really would like to use all of them because they are all so great and fun! (Except cyclemax I dont have a bike).
