LIS rotation question

Hi Cathe / staff,

I want to do an LIS rotation, but can only workout 4-5 days per week and need Wed and Sun off so the existing Nov 2011 LIS rotation doesn't quite work for me. I thought about making some tweaks to that, but don't want to hinder the results. Also, I thought about doing the Jan 2012 STS/LIS rotation, but instead of STS Total Body, subbing in TB Trisets TB Express to get a total body workout. Do you have any suggestions on how to tweak the LIS rotation or do you agree with idea of subbing on the STS/LIS rotation?

Not Cathe here..... obviously - though she is standing by me in the avatar!

I recommend the Jan 2012 STS/LIS - 3 month rotation. You will have phenomenal results!
Take two rest days rather than one, make the rotation work for you and substitute any Cathe total body workout that you own to sub STS Total Body.

It personally took me 5 months to complete this rotation due to other life commitments that needed priority, but the basis is to be committed, "work, work" & stay focused on your goal. Go For It!
