I just did the LIS/HIS double cardio premix and tacked on the shoulder/calf/core weight work after. Well, this is a perfect Saturday afternoon workout! Came in in just about 1 1/2 hours including warm-up, cool-down, and stretch. Awesome!
Fun! I did the HIS and all Upper Body Premix minus the Shoulders. It came in just under 1 1/2 hours also. I was thinking the same thoughts...what a perfect Saturday afternoon workout! This was the first premix I've had the opportunity to try. I love the the cardio in these workout and am really loving HIS!!
