LIS/HIS double cardio premix

I just did the LIS/HIS double cardio premix and tacked on the shoulder/calf/core weight work after. Well, this is a perfect Saturday afternoon workout! Came in in just about 1 1/2 hours including warm-up, cool-down, and stretch. Awesome!
 
Fun! I did the HIS and all Upper Body Premix minus the Shoulders. It came in just under 1 1/2 hours also. I was thinking the same thoughts...what a perfect Saturday afternoon workout! This was the first premix I've had the opportunity to try. I love the the cardio in these workout and am really loving HIS!! :)

I'm glad I found your post about the double cardio premix. I did it the next day. It was handy having it all premixed for me!

I love the premix menus and all the detail Cathe gives you as to what to expect. It's nice to know some days what you're in for!!

I'm definitely going to try more of the premix menus now!}(
