Today I did Pedal Power premix and added a bit to make it 40 minutes, met 7.5, 265 calories, heart rate average 127, max 172, 2,903 steps. I then did Ice to the Mat ball timesaver, 23 minutes, met 4.0, 75 calories, heart rate 87/116, 112 steps. I finished with Stretch Max with the band, 18 minutes, 42 calories, 64 steps (this had some spots that hurt my shoulder and I had to back off the band) Total time was 81 minutes, 382 calories, 3079 steps. I am sorry I am slow getting here. With children and also my neck, shoulder and arm pain I have to get on the computer intermittently. Holding my arms up on a keyboard starts hurting my forearms and the pain radiates up and down my neck and into my hand. I hope they can fix this. It causes pain reaching to pull things down. Yesterday's shopping and carrying things in along with the big box from Amazon left me in a lot of pain last night. Still icing and taking tumeric and boswella today. Trying to avoid ibuprofen till I go to bed.
Doreen, those sleepless nights like that are so miserable. I have had quite a few lately and know how it feels. Good job getting a workout in.
Belinda, cleaning never stops. I can feel so good after doing a thorough job and cleaning out things and in no time it needs it again. I cleaned the floors yesterday before my husband came home and it rained, so Gertie is tracking mud into the house and wet grass.
