Belinda, I have not heard of that one either.

Doreen when I get done with this rotation I would like to revisit Build and Burn tabatas.

Good morning,

SBF D26 Upper Glutes = 26 min. I also did Cosmopolitan Step Workout = 29 min. This one is an old VHS tape, lol. Remember those? I am glad I kept it, it was a lot of fun. I am going through all my VHS's next few month.

Doreen and Diane Sue - it was a dance workout. So much fun! This is the dvd I did yesterday https://www.amazon.com/cheryl-survi...4&sr=1-2-spell&keywords=heryl+burke+disco+abs

This is the VHS I did today. Yes, I still have them, lol :) This one was one of my first step workouts. It was filmed outside.

A few day's ago, I canceled KCM new workouts from Amazon. I have more than enough workouts. I still have workouts I bought in 6-8 years, never done them. I need to use what I have. Plus, it's fun going through old workouts.

That's it for me today. Have great Friday. Nice job everyone.

Still taking it easy..... waiting for this twinge to go away. This morning I did Jessica Smith 10 Pounds Down Better Body Blast, Arms and Lower Body. A nice, easy high rep workout with some floor work. Kinda felt like yoga with weights- ha! I probably won't return to it but it was good for my "easy" workout.

Belinda- Have fun going back through some old workouts - I don't even think I have a VHS player that works. The only VHS workouts I had was Tae-Bo! Remember those?! What a hoot - I would never go back and do those again but I had the whole 12 disc set and used them over and over again in the winter when it was too cold to run outside. They went to the thrift a long time ago.

If I remember Tae-Bo? I still have them on VHS's:eek: Hope you feel better soon. Actually I tried one not to long ago, they are still fun. Plus, they give you lots of steps. I kept my VHS player for workouts that are out of prints and still very good workouts.

Today I did Fit Split Low Impact cardio doubling it with skipping the walk outs on the second time through, 50 minutes (I did the warm up twice)heart rate average 130, max 175, 320 calories(comes in at met 5.8) 3,599 steps. I then did Ice Low Impact Sweat #1 skipping the warm up, 22 minutes, heart rate average 126, max 152, 142 calories, (comes in at met 5.8 again) 1,423 steps. I finished off with YouTube Sarah Beth Monday Yoga, 14 minutes, 37 calories. Total time was 86 minutes, 499 calories. I checked out Christi Taylor Ultimate Cardio Core from the Library. I used to have one of her VHS tapes that I liked. I guess I got rid of it with all of them. Anyway, I thought this one might be fun to do.

Belinda, that workout looks interesting. I do not have any VHS workouts anymore. I gave away even the two Taebo workouts that I had on dvd. I just did not do them.

Doreen, do you have Piyo? Those might be good for some recovery workouts? I hope the twinges let up for you soon.

Diane Sue - I kept the ones that are out of prints. I replaced the some to DVD's, but not every VHS's got released on dvd.

Belinda, I have went back and looked for some older vhs tapes on dvd that I really liked and couldn't find them. I was kind of sorry that I got rid of them.

Diane Sue - I only kept my favorites VHS's. The ones I kept, I still like and they they still very good workouts. The step workouts were so much fun without all that jumping you see these day's. I am glad I kept them.

Today I did Fit Split Boxing Bootcamp only mix, 32 minutes, no stretch at the end, 212 calories,6.0 met, heart rate average 127, max 155, 2,965 steps, and wore my 1.5# gloves. I then did Fit Split legs and glutes only mix skipping the warm up, 28 minutes, 145 calories met 4.7, 838 steps, heart rate average 111, max 134. I finished off with the Core and stretch from the Christi Taylor dvd I got from the library, 23 minutes, 83 calories, heart rate average 102, max 154. This was don't using the step and a 5# soft med ball. Total time was 83 minutes, calories 440.

Belinda, I have found most of the older step workouts give you a lot more steps and a lot less impact and no squat thrusts and burpees!! They are fun. That is where my love of step came from. Sort of dancing around the step and enjoying the music :) I got rid of a lot when dvds first started coming out. Then when we moved the last two times I let go of more. I finally got rid of all the rest of them on our last move. Sometimes I kind of regret it, but I wan't pulling them out to do them. I am spoiled with dvds and not having to rewind or remember stopping points if I do not want to do all of the workout. I did have folders with all of the stop spots that I used though.

Rewinding was a pain....I would forget and pop in a bus only to find my workout starting with the credits! Such a bummer then to have to wait for the rewind.

I did Ice rockem sockem this morning. Feeling better but I had to follow Amanda's modifications because jumping still seems to aggrivate the nerve in my left hamstring.

I finally figured out how to do a treadmill desk. Why did it take me so long to think of this?? I'm attaching a picture....

Hi everyone,

Caribbean Workout = 20 min + SBF Core = 20 min is done. That core workout was a touch :(

Diane Sue - this is why I kept all those VHS's. Just like the old CIA workouts. Some got released on DVD's and some did not. They are still very good workouts with lots of fun choreography. I don't need to rewind any of my old workouts, I know them by heart :) As long as my VCR is playing, my VHS's will stay  I have the Christy Tayler dvd, lol. Still in shrink wrap! Eventually I will get to it :) I still have a lot of kids VHS's too. Need to figure out what I will do with them?

That's it for me today. Have a great evening.

Dorren - what a great idea! Love treadmill desk. Very creative!

Belinda, I had a lot of CIA workouts too. I do have some Kimberly Spreen (name?) that I need to get out with my body bar and do the combat workouts. I thought those were fun. Also some Sharon Twombly that I like, but have not done in ages.

Doreen, what a great way to to have a desk on your treadmill. I bought what they call a surf desk and put it on the tread climber when I was the only one using it. It was quite a hassle taking off and setting up though and is made more for Treadmills. The handle bars and console are just not at the right angle and do not come out far enough. It said it had a place for tablets, but mine won't sit on it, it bounces right off. There is a little pocket for the cell phone, but you cannot see it. I used to listen to pod casts.

Today was a rest day. My husband and I have been cleaning out some stuff before trash comes tomorrow. Where does all of that stuff come from?

Good morning,

For the next 4 weeks I will play around the Gym Style. DH and I just finished GS Chest & Triceps.s. I also did Core Cuts #1 (standing core) with Kimberly Spreen.. I will do SBF TB later, my arms are about to fall off, lol

Take one week off. DONE

Do Gym Styles for one month! Starting!

LOL! I wonder the same. I think we need to rent a dumpster roll-off to clear out our trash some weeks!

This morning I was relegated to my living room to watch the autistic guy while my husband slept since he is high anxiety again and didn't sleep last night. I grabbed a pair of dumbells this time though and did Walk Stong 3 upper body and then Walk Stong Metabolism upper body. My pinched nerve/hamstring is feeling much better. I only felt one twinge when I got up this morning.
