Belinda, I have found most of the older step workouts give you a lot more steps and a lot less impact and no squat thrusts and burpees!! They are fun. That is where my love of step came from. Sort of dancing around the step and enjoying the music
I got rid of a lot when dvds first started coming out. Then when we moved the last two times I let go of more. I finally got rid of all the rest of them on our last move. Sometimes I kind of regret it, but I wan't pulling them out to do them. I am spoiled with dvds and not having to rewind or remember stopping points if I do not want to do all of the workout. I did have folders with all of the stop spots that I used though.
