I did about 7 weeks of this rotation. I started to get minor injuries from it. What I thought was strange, is my muscles looked more bloated than when I use Cathe's. I SO much like Cathe's workout more! Tony's personality didnt bother me...the endless pushups and pull up's did.
I also find Cathe pushes me more. Sometimes I'm ready to quit a set and she'll say "four more"... and I'll keep going. On my own, I'd quit early.
I also thought for Phase one, ONE serving (cup) of vegetables a day was quite low.
