Hi Thinkgod! Well, you could actually do any of my workouts and simply use lighter weight or even no weights (ie: squats without weight).
But you'll probably feel most comfortable sticking with muscular endurance based workouts such as Muscular Endurance and Power Hour. These are total body workouts.
If you want just an upper body or just a lower body workout, then I would suggest CTX Upper body and CTX Leaner Legs.
