Hi Cathe,
Couple of questions.
On overhead press for shoulders, if I am hunching my neck somewhat am I better off going lighter even though I can lift heavy? Same question for tricep kickbacks if I am not going back as far as I should with a heavier weight (which seems to be way past the waist)am I better off going lighter. Just how far past the waist should one go? It depends on which tape or DVD I am using as far as my form. I have been doing weight work for several years so I know what I am doing, so the hunching of the neck is not ridiculous but the neck is not relaxed.
