I thought this post was about lifting heaving rocks...like big boulders....!!!!! I was afraid it was some new Cathe "Landscaping" workout :D
 
I agree about lifting helping me age well. I am so energetic and just strong. And Cathe, along with other experts who have been around a while keep me motivated and encouraged to keep it up.
