You need to make items that say

"Lift weights like a girl.. with Cathe"
or "Lift weights like a girl.. if you can keep up... Cathe"

I know I'm not the only guy who can't keep up with all of you!

I'd proudly wear a hat that had that slogan, if they made hats big enough to fit my melon!

Seriously, no one has ever challenged me to be better than Cathe, male or female, nice to see another male posting, I know there's more out there!!

Maybe FITtv needs to market Cathe better.

Some commercials emphasizing the types of workouts she does and who does them -men and women - would be a good start.

My daughter has started lifting weights on her own, and I have pointed her to Cathe (I have lots of shows on DVR now) so she can learn correct technique/form.

I can think, off the top of my head, of what the pitches for all-star, gilad, sharon, namaste and shimmy are, but I don't recall ads for Cathe.

I LOVE that! It's so "in your face". I was in 9th grade when Title 9 passed, and the reactionary bigotry I saw (and personally experienced) against females at that time was pretty intense. Even as a kid it made me so very angry. If I had only known then what I know now, I'd have been laughing my head off - or other portions of my anatomy... Women like Cathe have paved the way for the young (and not so young) women of today.

Thank God times have changed. Us gals ROCK!!!
