Yeah!!!

105!!! I didn't expect that at all. :D Especially since my father has Parkinson's and my maternal and paternal grandmothers had Alzheimer's. I don't want to live that long if I don't have all my "faculties" and can't move well.

I got 86. That's more than enough for me, thanks. I really don't plan on living past 60 or so. 60 seems like a good age to go. I have no desire to end up with aches and pains all over all the time, or in a nursing home sitting in a bed of my own pee. Negative, I know, but that's how I feel. DH on the other hand, would love to be immortal. Not me, I'm ready to check out at 60.

Nan

My Dad is 78 and in great shape, still does work for the U of I and travels all over the world giving lectures. 60 is awful young to check out.

96.

If I want to live longer, I need to get more sleep, eat more dairy products, move away from the city and keep better medical records.

I got 98. But I am not interested in living past when I can be involved in the lives of others. I can even handle some dependence, but forgotten in a nursing home sounds nightmarish.

103... not bad. As long as I can still do CC workouts at that age. ;)
We need to discuss the home for aging Cathletes and the amenities we want. We will need a CC room equipped with every piece of stationary cardio equipment known to man. And instead of shuffleboard, there can be a swanky room outfitted with every kind of step bench for the fans of Cathe's cardio. :D

Just out of curiosity, I recalculated, using my lifestyle that I had when I was in my early 20's (though, oops!, I forgot to change my birthdate accordingly to "make me" 20-something).

Now, my life expectancy dropped to 88!

I took the test and came up with 93. I got Hubby to take it and he surprised me with a 91. I expected him to be more around 70. Apparently he's in much better shape than I thought!!!

I've only been exercising for about 2 years. Before that I was a pre-diabetic couch potato. I'd be curious to go back two years and put in that information and see what age I get from there.

ETA: I went back and re took the test using my couch potato lifestyle to the best of my memory and came up with 73.
