Life after STS??

I'm in at the end of Week 1 Meso 3, which I'm really enjoying & didn't think I would.

Now I'm starting to get that semi-panicky lost feeling of "oh no! what am i gonna do when sts is over?!" I plan to re-do my 1RMs and repeat sts strength combined w/sts cardio when it comes out, plus use my power tower - CAN'T WAIT for that! But, in the meantime I want to do something totally different & fun.

Throwing around the idea of CLX program (not sure if I can take her for 90 days!) or repeating P90X/P90X+...not really "exciting" me though. Please help - Any suggestions?

I feel kind of lost.
I thought I could do CLX after STS, but it's not challenging enough for me. I'm trying full body Jari Love and that has lost it's luster.:( It's ok here and there but it's missing. Now I'm going to try my GS's and then Cathe's intensity series rotation.

I was also tossing around the idea of doing P90X- P90X+- with Tony One on One workouts.
I was hoping Shaun T's Insanity series would release today.

As you can see I'm all over the place.:eek::eek::eek:
 
I've been lost for a few weeks now. I was hoping for Insanity to give me my new inspiration. STS cardio would be really good about now.
 
Karen, DH and I felt the same way when our rotation came to an end. We ended up doing Cathe's April 09 rotation. We found that the muscle endurance was difficult after STS and was a great break from STS. We are now on our second STS rotation (started June 15th). We never really liked the P90X and don't have the CLX. HTH

I finished STS and then started CLX. At first I didn't like it very much but now I am into it and glad that I continued. I am just finishing week 3 of the Burn phase. What I really like are the interval and cardio workouts. I am looking forward to moving on to Push and Lean. I knew I would not be doing STS again until the fall so CLX fit right in. The workouts are short and I like to add something else on. I have been adding Taebo Abs, Core Cardio and now Powerfit which is bandwork. I was never interested in Turbo Jam before but now I find myself searching around for reviews and trades. The one series I think I am going to give up is Jari Love's Ripped. I can't see myself doing these again after STS especially but also CLX which is just more fun.
 
I wanted to report back because I just finished GS chest/triceps followed by 30 minutes SS on my elliptical.

I'm very pleased that I made noticeable strength gains during STS and I feel I reaped the benefits during GS:D
The reps are slower and allow for a heavier lift. I swear, GS will always be a favorite of mine!:)
I think I'm going to stick with GS's for a few weeks adding an extra leg day with STS plyo. I "heart" STS PLY0:D

Cathe posted an interesting rotation using a full body with GS and SH. I may switch up to that rotation too.
