LIC Lower Body Circuit Premix

I did this premix this morning and enjoyed it a lot. It really keeps your heart rate up there, and reminds me a bit of Low Max, which I love. If you haven't tried this premix yet, I recommend it. The only catch is to take a few minutes to cool down on your own after the bonus cardio section, before going down to the floor for abs or final stretch. My heart rate was a bit too high, and I had to walk around for a few minutes to cool down.

Another one that loves that premix. It keep my heartrate up more that the doing the whole thing. I usually do the upper body right after the premix.

That's a good idea, Susan. Doing the premix, then the upper body work. I will try that next time I do LIC.
